I’d like to publicly thank our terrific and insightful guest speakers for a most entertaining and thoughtful panel discussion on Thursday at our year-end MarketShare Roundtable.

As a quick reminder, the McKnight Kurland MarketShare Roundtable is an invitation-only, peer-to-peer issues and idea forum for high-level marketing executives that focuses on marketing, branding and communications, and how they impact growth, equity, marketshare, corporate culture and revenue. McKnight Kurland  coordinates and convenes participants from a select group of companies three or four times a year for the purpose of discussing common issues, and discovering insights affecting their organization’s marketing efforts, brand and communications challenges, and marketing investment returns. In addition to the active discussion, participants can connect with other members in an advisory capacity.

We’ll be posting highlights of the morning and related topical articles here over the next few weeks, so watch for those. Meanwhile, I’d like to sign off today with what I believe is my most memorable takeaway from the panelists – though there were many – and it would be ‘to always remember that “CEOs are people too.”‘
